“ Arrived into Nashville after 4 pm on a weekday, staying nearby at Homewood Suites. For health reasons trying to avoid barbecue, which in Nashville is near impossible. Selected Central Bar+Kitchen which is located inside a Marriott hotel. We were early for dinner so we had any choice of table. The receptionist was also our waiter. We shared a nice Caesar Salad w arugula. An app of crab hushpuppies, which was very tasty. Entrees was a salt and pepper salmon on a bed of cauliflower rice and some asparagus and a pork Cubano sandwich. The bread was a bit too thick, and the cubano needed a little dressing to moisten the bread and pork. Overall meal was nice. Quiet, classy, but no view, blocked by a closed outdoor patio. Staff attentive and the manager came out a couple of times to check on us. ”
